Shared layouts

Parsec has the functionality to share layouts publicly, privately and even amongst a preset group of users within a private alpha group (contact a staff member if you would like to set this up).

To share a layout, click the three dots on your layout tab and click share. You'll be given three options:

1. Copy a private link of the layout which you can share with another Parsec user

2. Copy a preview link which can be shared with anyone, even if they are not signed up. Anyone with the link will be able to view the layout in its current state, but the data will not update and they will not be able to change anything within the layout

3. Sharing options: public or private - If you choose public your layout will be posted within our Explore layouts window, and accessible by anyone with an account.

To access user created layouts, click the Shared layout button on the navbar at the top of your screen. You can sort by creation date, views, clones, favourites and trending. You can also search by layout name, username and tags.

To see your shared layouts, head to settings and then to the layout tab. There you can:

• Add a description

• Change the title

• Add tags

• Update with a new layout

• Delete
